SMARTments Business

As part of the SMARTments Business project in Munich, we at Hit Preless carried out the comprehensive FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) installation. Our scope of work included the complete furnishing of 139 studios, 23 apartments including bathrooms, as well as the reception area and other public areas of the facility.

We are particularly proud of the design and execution of the reception area, which serves as the centerpiece of the project. With the highest precision and craftsmanship, we created this central element to provide a welcoming and functional reception area that meets our clients’ high expectations. The reception not only serves as a functional point in the building but also stands out as a highlight in the overall design.

With our turn-key solutions, we ensured that all areas – from the apartments to the reception and public zones – were harmoniously and punctually furnished.

This project demonstrates our capability as a carpentry company to successfully execute complex and demanding projects while meeting the highest quality standards.
