SMARTments Student Berlin

Within the framework of the SMARTments Student project in Berlin, we from Hit Preless took over the comprehensive FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) outfitting for two locations. Our team was responsible for the planning, delivery, and installation of the furnishings in a total of 297 studios, 86 apartments, as well as the public areas of the residential complexes.

The project required precise coordination and efficient logistics since it involved two different locations. Through our turnkey solutions, we were able to ensure that all tasks were completed on time and to the highest quality. The seamless integration of our services allowed all project participants to continue their work without interruption.

This project clearly demonstrates our ability to successfully realize large and complex endeavors and to complete them to the full satisfaction of our clients. We are proud to have made a significant contribution to this innovative and forward-looking project in Berlin.
